FOUNDERS

Jaturon Kingminghae

Since 2012, Jaturon has pursued his passion for architectural practice, contributing significantly to the renowned firm Büro-OS Group, where he served as Managing Director of the Bangkok office and as Associate Architect-in-Charge. His most significant contributions include leading the design and realization of the MahaNakhon project, a landmark mixed-use high-rise in Bangkok’s CBD, and directing the concept design for Empire City, a major mixed-use development in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. He is now the Founder and Principal Architect of CREATIVE TERRITORIES, a collaborative design studio based in Bangkok.

In broader architectural and cultural initiatives, in 2011, with Montira, he presented work at a public art exhibition and was selected for the Satellite Exhibition of the Shenzhen & Hong Kong Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism/ Architecture, exploring the city’s rapid transformation under political ideology. He also previously taught at the International Program of Design and Architecture (INDA) at Chulalongkorn University and has been actively involved with the Association of Siamese Architects (ASA), curating and designing the All Members event and the association’s 90th anniversary exhibition at ASA Architect Expo 2024. He is currently serving as Chairman of ASA Architect Expo 2026, ASEAN’s largest architecture and building technology exhibition.

He graduated from Chulalongkorn University in 2004 with awards from the Association of Siamese Architects of Thailand and has been a registered architect in Thailand (ACT, ASA) since 2005.
 

Montira Panpleewan

Montira Panpleewan leads the interior design practice at CREATIVE TERRITORIES, overseeing client relations, design strategy, and space planning. Before co-founding the studio, she ran her own practice, Office AD, focusing on high-end residential and hospitality design.

Her career includes senior roles at VOA in Beijing, leading hospitality projects such as the Renaissance Wangfujing Hotel and the Sheraton Beidaihe, as well as positions at THKD in Shenzhen, DBALP in Bangkok, and DSD Design in Birmingham, UK.

Montira holds a bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang and a Master of Arts in Design Management from the University of Central England. She is a registered Interior Architect in Thailand.

ASSOCIATES

Yan Phornphong

Yan Phronphong is a Senior Architect at CREATIVE TERRITORIES, leading design teams and overseeing projects. He has worked with renowned firms in Asia and Europe, including Büro-OS, OMA Rotterdam, and HENN GmbH. Together with Jaturon, he co-curated the ASA All Member Exhibition and the 90th Anniversary of the Siamese Architects Association for ASA EXPO 2024, and recently served as assistant curator for the Thailand Pavilion at the Venice Architecture Biennale 2025. Yan has received the Aoyama Design Forum (ADF) and GARDE awards from The Japan Research Traveling Scholarship and the Association of Siamese Architects (ASA) (2023), the Grand Prize in the ASA International Design Competition (2019, Bangkok), and the Floating House Research Fellowship in Amsterdam (2012). He holds a Master of Architecture from Thammasat University.

Thrissawan Phonglamjiak

Thrissawan is a Senior Interior Architect and graphic/visual communication specialist at CREATIVE TERRITORIES, Bangkok. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture from King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang and a Master of Arts in Graphic Design with Distinction from the University of the Arts London, UK. Before joining the studio, she worked in interior architecture and graphic design practices in Thailand and Singapore and co-founded Turbo Design Studio in Bangkok. Over the past decade, Thrissawan has contributed to design education as an instructor and lecturer at institutions including Bangkok University and Thammasat University.
